Kiavi Solutions, LLC is a D/WBE certified business in Massachusetts.  We are a client-oriented, professional management services company geared towards the construction industry.  We specialize in reviewing shop drawings, finding unique products, correcting specification requirements, setting up baseline and progress schedules, and writing change orders and claims for contractors.  We offer experienced personnel knowledgeable about construction industry practices to provide accurate information and to communicate with clients on a timely basis. The founder, Gianna Gioioso, has been working in the construction industry for many years and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and film and television production, and she has a master’s degree in environmental management.  She is also a certified E.I.T.
